In order to ensure rapid processing of your query, please accomplish the following before calling our hotline:

1. Ensure your camera has charged batteries in it, or that it is connected to the AC mains adapter and is turned on.
2. Have your instruction manual ready.
3. If you have problems or queries concerning editing, or downloading onto your PC or MAC, please ensure you have your camera connected to the PC via the USB cable.
4. Have your driver CD-ROM (Traveler driver) ready.
